Garbanzo Salad Made Easy

Fresh, easy and delicious!

Cooking is easy with just a few simple ingredients – and you can eat healthy too.

Garbanzo Salad

16 oz. chickpeas

1 large zucchini, diced

3 tbs. chopped cilantro

1 tbs. garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

Juice from 1 fresh lemon

A sprinkle of feta cheese

Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and marinate about 15 minutes.
