Alfredo Macias

Alfredo is an incredibly creative pastry chef who trained with the finest chefs at Johnson & Wales University; Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, CA; and The International Culinary School – The Art Institute of California Orange County. With over 15 years of experience, Alfredo has catered events at the White House, and has directed catering for worldwide diplomats, as well as held positions of Executive Pastry Chef of Guckhenhimer (Irvine, CA), Catering Director at Taco Factory (Chino, CA), and Executive Chef at CulinArt, Inc. (Santa Anna, CA).

Alfredo loves preparing delicious school lunches for kids and adults. He uses only the freshest ingredients and experiments with lots of different food combinations to find exactly what students love.
