Here’s a delicious snack or meal idea. Try it for a quick pick-me-up and lots of energy. Peanut Butter Fruit Lettuce Wrap Peanut Butter Seedless Grapes (halved) Apples (cut into small bite-sized pieces) Banana (thinly sliced) Fresh, crisp lettuce leaves DIRECTIONS Spread peanut butter on lettuce leaf (1 teaspoon per leaf). Add grapes, apples, and banana and wrap with the lettuce leaf. Use your imagination and add lots of other fresh, delicious ingredients including diced chicken, red onions, and cucumbers for a heartier snack – and eat healthy every day!
